How can we help you today?
What would cause the circuit breaker to trip on the ATV630 and ATV930 drives?

Product Line:

Altivar ATV630/ATV930

Resolution:

The circuit breaker is tripping because it is sensing a short circuit or over current in the circuit. Before repowering the drive you will need to do a full diode check on the inputs and the outputs on the drive.

Do a visual on the drive with no power applied check to see if there are any burn marks on the drive.

Check the breaker settings to see if they may need to be adjusted.
