SSH script fails to run from PowerChute Network Shutdown with error (java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1)
Issue:
Configured PowerChute Network Shutdown to run an SSH script, which fails to run and records an error (java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1).

Cause:
The wrong encoding was selected for the script text file.
Solution:
PowerChute Network Shutdown will support text file encoding UTF-8. Save the text file with the required encoding, and PowerChute will trigger it.
