Why can't I add values to the I/O scanner table?

Issue:

Customer has a ATV630U55N4 and Modbus TCP/IP and cannot change his I/O scanner table, in Somove. He was trying to add Register 3204 to his scanner table and it was grayed out and could not  add it. He was positive the drive was not running. Tried power cycling the drive a couple of times and still could not add Register 3204.

Resolution:

The I/O table is always grayed out, but it is possible to add registers. Check with the customer to see how he is trying to add the registers ?

If he is trying to double click, that will not work. He needs to right click on the mouse and then click on add. See attachment.
