Why isn't my ATV320 sending output voltage to the motor?

Issue:

No voltage at the motor

Product Line:

ATV320

Resolution:

Verify the drive has a run command.
This is usually a signal wired between the 24V supply and DI1 (forward) or DI2 (reverse) but might be different depending on the settings in the CtL menu,

Check the check the keypad display for current status.  RDY indicates it's waiting for a run command, nSt means it's in a stop mode, STO means it is not allowed to run due to safety wiring/programming.  If there is an error present the display should be blinking the code.

In the MOn menu, view the FrH [Frequency Ref] to verify the drive is receiving a speed reference.
Check the rFr [Output Frequency] to see if the drive is actually sending a signal to the motor.

Check LCr [Motor Current] and uoP [Motor Voltage] to see what the drive thinks is being sent to the motor.
They can be found in the Mon menu and then in the MMO (Monit Motor) submenu.
