Resolution:
UL 67 and NFPA 70 requirements since 2017 require IP2X per IEC 60529 barriers on the main circuit breakers in panelboards used for US Service Entrance applications.  The PPPLLC barrier kit meets this requirement when installed on PowerPacT P-frame circuit breakers.
