I do not see sites in Facility Expert Energy portal

When you login to Facility Expert Energy web portal, if you see no site, it means that you did not accept the invitation to join the team. Please find the invitation email and accept the invitation. You will receive a similar email as shared in below screen shot:

The invitation shall be sent when you are added to the team from "Users" section of the Facility Expert Energy portal.

Note:
Please note that if you are added as "Manager" in the team, then you can see all Customers/ Sites.
But if you are added as other roles than manager, you will see only the sites or assets to which you have been granted access
