Why "SYSLOG" appears in red in status barre of Control Expert V15.1 ?

When the syslog function is activated in the application, this function is activated for Control Expert AND in the PLC.
Both work together.
It's not possible to dissociate the sending of syslog messages between Control Expert and the PLCs.
That's means, in case of Control Expert is not connected directly to syslog server configured in application settings, control expert will continue to send syslog messages and since the server is not reachable, the syslog error in red will appear in control expert.
