What does the yellow label/tag in a transformer means?

Question:
What does the yellow label/tag in a transformer means?
("Prior to energizing detach side bracket from core, slide bracket up to tighten places")

Answer:

The yellow tag means removing/detaching the brackets before energizing the transformer. The aluminum brackets are for shipping purposes only. Those brackets on left and right are there just to keep the transformer inside the box

Customer has two options:

1. They keep the brackets in the box in case the transformer needs to be shipped again. They need to remove the bottom bolt and loosen the bolt on top and move it up. The brackets are still there. They just move it out of the way of the transformer. In case they need to ship it again, they can just move the bracket back to keep transformer from racking back and forth.
2. They can take them off completely.

Note: They can move it left, right or up as long as it does not get near the terminals
