License Manager returns error 'Value Cannot be Null'.

Control Expert fails to open after installing Machine Expert.  Attempts to open the License manager returns the error 'Value cannot be Null'.

The following steps can be used to resolve the issue.


1) Uninstall the License Manager version 2.8.2

2) Reboot the PC.

3) Re-install License Manager 2.8.1 (See attachment)
