What are the purposes of the separate power supply Q3 for EVlink Pro AC (EVB3S22N40MR) ?

1. we only charge the Energy used to power the EV and not the Energy used to power the EVlink Pro AC through Q3.
2. In case of trip of the mains power supply, the communication with CPO remains functional through Q3 .
