Can not transfer a project to a PLC due to a duplicate coil warning.

Resolution

If you are trying to transfer a project that has duplicate coils to a PLC, you either need to eliminate the duplicate coils or allow them. To allow them, you go into the PLC configuration and set a value of 001 to the Duplicate Coil Start field.
