What is the difference between NQFP15 and QOFP filler plates?

Cause:

Need to know the difference between NQFP15 and QOFP filler plates. Can we use NQ filler plates for QO load centers?

Resolution:

The difference between the two is that the NQFP15 has tabs on both sides while the QOFP does not. The tabs on the NQFP15 obstructs the installation of the plates on QO load centers so it won't fit into it. These two fillers are not interchangeable.
