How to correctly wire Accessory 47 onto ASCO 911?
For ASCO 911 lighting contactor with accessory 47, there are two voltages that need to be considered:

First, the control voltage of the contactor coil as denoted by the voltage code on the catalog string or shown on the nameplate.

Second, the control voltage of the accessory 47 itself as denoted by the letter on the accessory code 47 suffix or shown on TB2 terminals 4, 5 and 6 of the accessory 47 module.

These voltages may or may not be the same and depend on how they were specified at the time of the order.

Please refer to the following figures and notes:
  1. Accessories inter wiring are supplied on enclosed type switches only. Accessories ordered and shipped loose are to be installed and wired on site. (Customer provided cables)
  2. Terminal 1 of the RC switch and terminal 2 of the Acc 47 to be connected to the designated voltage for the RC coil. When the RC coil and line voltage are the same, the RC control voltage can be derived from the line poles of the RC switch.
  3. Switching device should be placed on either terminal 4 or 6 of the acc 47C and 47A and connected to the designated control voltage matching the coil voltage of the Acc 47C and 47A.
  4. Switching device should be placed on terminal 4 of the acc 47B and connected to the designated control voltage matching the coil of the Acc 47B. (Terminal 5 - 208V, 60Hz, Terminal 6 - 240V, 60Hz and Terminal 7 - 277V, 60Hz)
