Resolution
A1. The 140DAO84000 is a Triac output card, not a relay card with wet/dry contacts.

A2. This card has 16 isolated channels. Each channel could measure between 20 ... 253 VAC.

A3. Yes, this module is hot swappable.

A4. There is no access to the the individual channel indicators that appear on the module as below.

But you can assign IO Map Status words to the racks in the drops and in this case a single bit will used from the byte assigned the respective slot from those words as below to indicate that at least a single channel has an issue.
