Masterpact NW is not communicating breaker status correctly

The cause for this is usually incorrect installation of the Communication Switch Assembly.
  • First ensure that the silver colored shaft coming down vertically from the SDE switches is free to move up and down.  If not, grasp the shaft with a needle-nose plier and move it up and down until it is free.
  • If this doesn't correct the issue, remove and re-install it per the linked instruction bulletin 48049-139-02.
If the switch assembly is broken or is still non-functional, replace it.  It is only available as a component of kit # S48384.
