You must have Vijeo Designer 6.2 already installed.
Each SP is cumulative so you do not need to install SP1-4 first.
*NOTE: In order to successfully install the service pack or any of the related packages, always right-click on the exe file and select "Run as Administrator". This will ensure the installation is completed properly.
The Vijeo Designer Data Manger is for a standalone install ONLY.
