Resolution:

First go to Menu 10: My Preferences, then select Parameter access.

The ATS480 offers 3 levels of Access: Basic, Standard and Expert

Basic gives you access to these menus: Simply Start, Monitoring, Input/Output, Display, Diagnostics and Device Management

Standard gives you access to ALL menus, but some parameters are still not visible

Expert gives you access to all menus and all parameters.
