What causes the “Root element is missing” error when exporting a file in SoMove?

The “Root element is missing” error in SoMove (version 2.9.5 and later) typically occurs when exporting or printing a project file due to incomplete or improperly validated parameters—most commonly in communication settings such as SNMP.
The error is usually triggered when required fields in the configuration are not fully validated or saved before performing the export. In many cases, this happens within the SNMP configuration section, where fields appear filled but are not properly confirmed in the software.
