How to fix the “Context file no found on device” error in Tesys Island?

Context file not found error in SoMove

Resolution:
The “Context file no found on the device” error is shown if the DTM connects to a bus coupler that has never been configured. In that case only a very limited functionality is available (diagnostic view only).
To fix this error user must disconnect from the device and exit back to the home screen of SoMove and configure a new project offline (Create a Project OFF-line). Once that project is created with avatars and an IP address for the bus coupler, select Store to Device and connect back to the Tesys Island to configure it.
