Resolution:
The DTM you have used to connect to the TeSys Island is detecting an older version of firmware that is incompatible. Update your TeSys island firmware to the compatible version, then proceed.
To update the firmware, you can save the DTM project (or open a new instance of SoMove) and connect to the device (do not store a configuration, load one) and do firmware update. Then go back to your configuration and store it.
Refer to the attached Release Notes to find a compatibility matrix between the Tesys Island Firmware and DTM versions.
