Resolution:

For EcoStruxure Machine Expert V2.1 there are no new licenses required. A valid license from EcoStruxure Machine Expert V2.0 can be used. A valid V2.0 license allows you to use also EcoStruxure Machine Expert V1.1 and V1.2 installations on your system.

The part numbers are:
STANDARD License - Node locked - Single (1 seat): ESEEXPCZZSPAZZ
STANDARD License - Node locked - Team (10 seats): ESEEXPCZZTPAZZ
STANDARD License - Floating - Team (10 seats): ESEEXPCZZTPBZZ
