Yes, the below catalog numbers contain a single 400 A service disconnect factory installed. The disconnect catalog number is LJL36400U31X.

Catalog numbers: CUM400CB and QUM400CL

NOTE: The above devices may also be field modified to accept two 200 A, Q frame service disconnects, directly below the 400 A disconnect, to feed separate downstream loads. The Q frame service disconnects must be purchased separately and a kit MUST also be purchased separately, part number BMK2Q400, to make this conversion.
