Issue: HQO GFI breakers

Resolution:

They can not add any QO breaker that contains a pigtail to the HQO devices. This includes the GFI.

The HQO device has two metal support brackets that the front cover screws onto. When you try to install a pigtail breaker into this device, the breaker load screws come too close to those metal supports and can cause an arch to occur. Only standard QO breakers can be installed.
