Cause:
Customers are asking why is the APC Home app missing in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Resolution:
With the discontinuance of the APC Smart SurgeArrest in June of 2023, the APC Home app was also discontinued and have been removed from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. However, the Smart Surge Arrest can still be used as it is but without the capability of its remote features.
