What is the torque value for QO or QOB breaker with 5238 suffix?

Resolution:
The 5238 suffix indicates that the breaker comes with ring terminal instead of a clamp plate. The 10-32 screw must be torqued at 20 lb-in only. This torque value is found on the side of the QO/QOB breaker.
