What does error code 9.1 mean on my Iso Gard Series D Line Isolation Monitor?

Resolution:
Error code 9.1 "Line Ratio is Low" means either there is something wrong with the Line Voltage coming into the LIM unit or this LIM unit has reached its serviceable tolerance limit and needs to be replaced.

In this case, what you can do is taking the faceplate off the LIM and checking the DIP switch settings, you can see the information on this switch on Page 9 of IsoGuard Series D LIM Bulltetin - 43134-017-02 document.
