Monostable refers to the momentary action, or pulse of duration 0.5 seconds of the Harmony XB5S Biometric switch each time a fingerprint is recognized.
Bistable refers to the maintained operation of the Harmony XB5S. The Biometric switch remains on until a recognized fingerprint deactivates it.
