Control Expert 15.x "The user logged has no profile related to the proposed product" error

The message:

"The user logged has no profile related to the proposed product."

usually appears because of the following scenario:

EcoStruxure Control Expert v15.x introduced a new Windows User called "SecurityAdmin" that is required to be active upon launching of Control Expert.

Most likely, what has happened on your computer is that the SecurityAdmin user has expired.

Perform the following steps:

1\ Go to the computer management and double click on "Users" and the double click on SecurityAdmin user

2\ next, change the property as shown. Check only the "password never expires" option

4\ Launch Control Expert Classic as an Administrator.
