How to Read Realflo Logs and History
In Expert Mode, a user can read logs and history from the flow computer using the "Read Logs/History" command found under the Maintenance menu or from the "Read Logs and History" button. This command is unavailable if the "Update Readings" command is currently enabled.
Initiating the Read in Expert Mode
Press Read Logs and History button or select Maintenance > Read Logs/History
Read Logs From Flow Computer Dialog steps:
- Select Runs: Choose whether to read data for "All Runs" or a "Selected Run" from a drop-down menu
- Select History: Choose Hourly, Daily and/or Batch History and what range.
- Select Logs: Choose Alarm and Event Logs and what range (some options may be greyed out)
Note that acknowledging events and alarms may be restricted based on user account privileges or the "Restrict Acknowledgement to Host only" option in Configuration > Options
Viewing the Data: After reading, the logs (Event Log, Alarm Log) and history (Hourly History, Daily History, Batch History, Hourly Gas Quality History...) can be viewed in their respective tables within Realflo. Each row in these tables represents a period of data or an event/alarm.
History records, once read, are saved as part of the Realflo Configuration.
