Issue:

My Smart UPS Modular Ultra has reports an inaccurate low runtime on the display/NMC.

Resolution:

On UPS Firmware 13.3 or earlier, the runtime may be linked to the battery with the lowest capacity only.  In UPS Firmware 15.0 and later, there is an improvement to the runtime accuracy when a low capacity battery module is installed.

Please install UPS Firmware 15.0 or later.
