Cause:

Solution:

EtherNet/IP (Ethernet Industrial Protocol) is an industrial networking protocol that enables communication between devices in automation and control systems. It is built on standard Ethernet and TCP/IP technologies and is widely used in manufacturing environments for real-time data exchange between programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other industrial equipment.

As of Smart-UPS NMC firmware version 3.4 (SU), the EtherNet/IP protocol is supported on all Smart-UPS models with prefix SMT, SMX, SURTD, and SRT. In addition, the following Smart-UPS models are also supported (where other SRC models are not supported): SRC2KUXI, SRC3KUXI, and SRC3KUXIX709.
