Resolution:
SR2MOD02/SR2MOD03 modems are no longer commercialized.
In order to propose an alternative to our customers, we tested the TRB142 modem from Teltonika with our controllers.
Moreover, this modem is 4G compatible by comparison with SR2MOD02/SR2MOD03.
Regarding the customer's need, in order to get an SMS from the Zelio, you need to have:
- Zelio Module (ref: SR2B, SR2E or SR3B only)
- SR2COM01 with FW >= V1.0.14 (see FAQ)
- SR2CBL07 cable with the marking H2.0 (otherwise the cable cannot be used with TRB142 modem)
- TRB142 modem
Currently, the SR2CBL07 H2.0 cable is not available as accessory, it is included when ordering the SR2COM01.
Info from the Datasheet:
=> SR2A101BD module is not compatible with SR2COM01.

As mentionned in the FAQ, it could be needed to update the FW of the SR2COM01 and use ZelioSoft V5.4.2.
