Resolution:
First step is to ensure that you have the latest version for the Floating License Manager and License Manager which can be accessed through these link/s.

After completing the installation, launch the Floating License Manager and then activate your Floating License by following the steps below:
1 Click the "Activate" button.
2 Paste your activation ID on the prompt make sure that there are no space/s.
3 Click the dropdown under the column "Usage Right", you have two options, the default is to activate all the seats on your license and the other one which is specify wherein you can choose how many seats of the license you want to activate.
4 If you chose “specify”, indicate the number of seats you want to activate on the "Count" column.
5 Click the "Next" button to proceed with the activation.
6 Wait for a prompt saying, "Successfully created a license".
7 To verify, there must be a check before the software's name and a "permanent" indication under expiration date.
Note that you might have to reboot your computer after this process to ensure that your software will recognize the license.
Once you have successfully activate you floating license proceed on clicking on the globe-like icon within the Floating License Manager. This will open a prompt displaying the username you'll need to log in to the Revenera website. Note: Make sure to note the full username exactly as shown—for example: SE/ABCDEF (refer to the image below).
After taking note of the username, you can go ahead and click on okay which then will Redirect you to the Revenera website. Once the website has fully loaded, navigate to the Administrator tab. At this point, you’ll be prompted to enter your login credentials.
- Username – the one you noted earlier from the prompt (e.g., SE/ABCDEF)
- Password – the password of your PC/device when you first installed the Floating License Manager.
After successfully logging in to Revenera follow the steps below to get the information needed to setup your FLM server.
Host Name/IP Address - the correct IP address is the first ipv4 address from the system information.
Web Port - click on the server configuration tab the one with the gear icon then you should be able to find the web port value.
Vendor Daemon/License Server Port - this located ay he vendor daemon configuration tab, click on the schneide tab and then once you've opened the vendor daemon tab you should see this at the top.
After gathering the necessary details from Revenera, including the Host Name or IP Address, Web Port, and Vendor Daemon/License Server Port you may then start taking a license offline.
Below are the steps on how to successfully take a license offline.
1 Open the License Manager and go to the Floating tab
2 Click on Configure, and a prompt will appear asking you to enter the details you collected.
3 Fill in the Host Name/IP Address, Web Port, and Vendor Daemon/License Server Port, then click OK to save the configuration.
4 After saving, you'll be redirected to the Floating tab overview. From there, use the Selected License Server dropdown to choose the FLM address you just configured.
5 Once selected, the Select License dropdown below should become active and display the licenses available on your Floating License Manager.
6 Choose the license you want to take offline, then specify the duration for which you’d like to use it offline.
