Do M580s with V4.xx firmware have an improved scan time?

We have indeed increased the logic solve capability of the Level 1-3 controllers to match the Level 4 controllers. (see below)

This was introduced with Firmware version 4.

What are the new features?

· By optimizing the embedded operating system, we were able to increase the number of instructions on level 1, 2 and 3 controllers from 10K and 20K to 40K instructions per millisecond respectively for 100% Boolean and from 7.5 and 15 to 30 respectively for 65% Boolean + 35% fixed arithmetic.

· This means that our level 1-3 controllers mentioned above now have the same processing capacity (number of instructions per ms) as a level 4 controller. All other features remain the same.
