What information is required to generate an authorization code?

To generate an authorization code, please provide the following information:

  • Part Number:
  • Serial Number:
  • Code Entry Number:
  • Computer ID:

How can the Code Entry Number and Computer ID be obtained?

There are two methods to launch the Registration/Authorization Wizard and retrieve the required information.

Method 1: Launch from the Software

  1. Open the software.
  2. When prompted to register, click Register Here to launch the Registration/Authorization Wizard.
  3. On the Select Task screen, choose Ask for Authorization or Authorize This PC, then click Next.
  4. On the Registration Method screen, select By Phone, then click Next.
  5. Complete the User Information screen and click Next.
  6. A screen will appear requesting that you call the registration numbers. No phone call is required. Click Next.
  7. The Enter Received Code screen will be displayed. This screen contains the:
    • Code Entry Number
    • Computer ID

Method 2 – Launch the Registration Wizard Manually

If the registration prompt does not appear, launch the Registration Wizard directly using the following command:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Vijeo-Designer 6.2\Vijeo Frame\Registration\RegistrationWizard.exe /nosplash

Once you have gathered the required information (Part Number, Serial Number, Code Entry Number, and Computer ID), please contact our support team by phone, and we will generate the authorization code for you.
