Environment:

All serial numbers

Cause:

The Network Web Command Line Interface (CLI) is grayed out when the Network Management Card already has an active SSH, Telnet, or Network CLI session. In this state, the card cannot accept an additional CLI connection until the existing session is disconnected.

Resolution:

The Network Management Card supports up to five (5) active combined SSH, Telnet, and Network CLI sessions. If the maximum number of sessions has been reached, or if a session becomes stuck, the Network Web CLI may appear grayed out.

To clear active or stuck user sessions, you will need to connect directly to the Network Management Card. Please follow the steps on FAQ000283784 to terminate the session(s) and restore access.
