Issue : Can I use a HART enabled device with the M340 analog input module? Product Line: M340 Analog Input Module, Control Expert Resolution : Yes, the BMXAMI0800 and BMXAMI0810 modules will support analog signals with HART protocol. If HART information is part of the signal to be measured, a Telefast interface ABE7CPA31E has to be used to filter this information which would disrupt the analog value. Resolution:
Yes, the BMXAMI0800 and BMXAMI0810 modules will support analog signals with HART protocol.

If HART information is part of the signal to be measured, a Telefast interface
