What is the difference between state flow and power flow?

Resolution
State flow: An instruction is select if it solves true, regardless of whether instructions "upstream" are passing power. State flow lets you see the state of each contact or coil immediately.
Power flow: An instruction only passes power (is highlighted) if it solves true and the instructions to the left of it also pass power.
