This is the error message that appears in the ION Enterprise Management Console:
Check the task manager and there are most likely multiple instances of managementconsole.exe, vista.exe, or designer.exe in the processes. You may also see multiple instances in the applications. This is most likely due to multiple users logged into the same programs. Either ending the other users session or rebooting the computer will resolve the problem.
