Issue
Saving Sites or Meters in ION Setup with foreign language characters in name can cause different behavior depending on the version of ION Setup.

Environment
Adding site or meter in ION Setup

Cause
ION Setup 2.0 seems to stop responding when you try to save sites or meters that contain foreign language characters or accent marks.
ION Setup 3.0 will save the site/meter and continue to work, however, the foreign characters are still unrecognized and will be displayed as question marks (?).

Resolution
Only use characters from the standard ASCII characters set (i.e. the characters you would find on a computer keyboard) when naming the site or meter.
