Issue:
ATV61/71 multi-motor configuration with SoMove
Product Line:
Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 series drives.
Environment:
All model numbers, all serial numbers. SoMove version 2.6.5.0 and earlier
Cause:
A single drive to run multiple motors of differing FLA/RPM settings, one at a time, and can SoMove software be used to enable the Multi-motor configuration feature.
Resolution:
The multi-motor configuration parameter can not be enabled via the latest version of SoMove (V2.6.5.0 as of 1/10/19) Multi-motor configuration must be enabled from the keypad of the drive. Once the function has been enabled, you can edit the specific information for each motor via SoMove, but it will not allow you to enable the function directly, as of SoMove revision 2.6.5.0.
