Latest version of Power SCADA Operation 2020 System Guide can be downloaded from - https://ecobuilding.schneider-electric.com/search#documentUUID/3aa7142e-2e4a-414f-80ed-794731a22940/Power SCADA Operation 2020 System Guide

Note the file name was changed to PowerSCADA Expert 8.2 Help Manual in PowerSCADA Expert 8.2 and to Power SCADA Operation System Guide 9.0 in Power SCADA Operation 9.0.
