Issue
User tries to Run RMAT tool on Power Monitoring Expert 8.1 after upgrading however the tool displays message
"The ConnectionString property has not been initialized"

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).*
1) Navigate to where the RMAT tool is installed. Default location is C:\Program Files(x86)\Schneider Electric\RMAT.
2) Open the file Report Measurement Admin Tool.exe.config in a text editor such as notepad.
3) Search for the string "AvailableIONVersions"
4) In the Value tag add 8.1; to the front of the list
ex
<value>8.0;7.2.2;7.2.1;7.2;7.0.1;7.0</value>
Updated to
<value>8.1;8.0;7.2.2;7.2.1;7.2;7.0.1;7.0</value>
5) Save the changes and open the RMAT tool
