Issue:
Where to change the communication port for Vijeo Design'Air to access from a Wide Area Network (WAN) using the router port forwarding?

Resolution:
With Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP6 or higher, the port number for Vijeo Design'Air can be configured to any number but by default it is 6002.  Please set up the router port forwarding according to the port number configured in Vijeo Designer for the internal port and external port could be any value.  The port number on the Vijeo Design'Air app is under device settings and that has to match the value in the router's port forwarding external port.
