The AUX power order options of the ION86x0 have no design capacitance on the voltage measurement terminals. On these meters, the measurement terminals have 5 Meg-Ohms to Earth on all four terminals (V1, V2, V3, Vref).
The blade-powered order options do have a capacitive network for EMC filtering. The precise characteristics will depend on which terminals are used for the installation. See attached a simplified schematic diagram.
