Please follow the below steps to ask authorization code and finish the "Unity984Library" installation.
During installing the "Unity984Library", When the Registration wizard popup window comes up, choose the first option "Ask for an Authorization Code"
Click next, choose "By web", then click "next" to go to the next step:
You will get a web page to ask you to input your information, input them, then go next
after all above steps, registration is finished, then continue to install the library.
