As checked for the firmware version V11.14 and the latest Sepam 20 hardware as of November 2016, there is no Modbus register address given for the LED status.
However, it is possible to read the status of most of the Control Logic or Protection functions that would be associated with a given LED.
For example, if you had one LED linked to an Earth Fault trip, you could read the status of the Earth Fault protection stage to see if it is still active.
This is the only way to check on the LED status values, as there are no Modbus addresses given for them.
