Issue:
ENM  installer Fails on "Check Database Maintenance  "Invalid User Credentials" as shown below

Environment:
Distributed instance of ENM
Standalone instance of ENM

Cause:
The ENM installer fails with invalid user credentials when a local Windows admin account is not detected.

Resolution:
Need to use a Local Windows Admin account associated with the machine in which ENM is being
installed. The username and password credentials will be verified.
Note: A Domain admin is not supported configuration due to the great amount of variation in
possible Domain Rule/Rights.
