Resolution:
Yes, the following System Words will provide the health status of each IO module on the ERIO network.
%SW641-702 Referred to as ERIO Module Health (refer to Unity Help for detail as to which words apply)

16 bits of the word represent the 16 potential slots in a Quantum backplane.
0 = unhealthy or not mapped
1 = healthy module.
