Issue:
Do not find the IEN parameter in the keypad when using the VW3A3620 speed feedback encoder card.

Environment:

Cause:
IEN parameter is not showing up in the local keypad

Resolution:
1st the encoder speed option card has to be installed
2nd the IEN parameter, even thought it shows up in the ATV320 drive's programming menus, is only viewable if you have SoMove and the option card is installed. It does not show up in the local programming menu.

If the option card does not show up in Somove, you can remove the option card and check for bent pins on the drive or replace the option card with a 2nd card.
